When can I apply for my Belgian tax refund?

The tax year in Belgium runs from 01^st January to 31^st December.

In case you are considered non-resident you can apply 3 years back. The apply terms for 2022 will start in September 2023.

If you are considered resident, you have to submit your tax return 2022 by 30^th June 2023.
