There is the list of documents you should prepare and send us:

• Full Tax Pack including:
• Registration form
• Residency Questionnaire
• Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative
• Copy of ID
• Selfie of you holding your passport
• Final Payment Documents that can be following:
• PAYG Payment Summary (also known as Group Certificate)
• Final Cumulative Payslip 
• Statement of Earnings
• Statutory Declaration (SD) signed and witnessed
