Here’s how it works, step by step:

• Register online and sign our Authorization form
• Send the form to us along with your valid & signed passport copy or other valid primary ID/Driving license and a selfie holding it and this would give us access to your Australian Taxation Office records. Use one of the following methods:
  • Scanning and email
  • Taking a clear digital photo and emailing
  • Post
• We will estimate your refund and give you an access to a secure online account
• We may request any missing information or document, if required for your application
• We prepare and file your tax return
• We send you the tax refund, once received.
